"OK, we've had several designs, feel free to make suggestions. is it the button shape, the arrow thing, the color? What needs to change the most? We had rounded edges but then it makes it harder to theme with a css file."

the button shape is ok and the colour is ok. but the arrow looks like something from release 4, how about a simple one like on action buttons. it also looks completely unbalanced, the arrow being in some off centre position with a big empty space to the right just looks wrong.
